blame me…

me: oh did you read the comment on our blog?
T: Nope, I received the message, but haven’t checked it… I’ve been quite busy
me: oh, not the spam ones
this one didn’t require approval, i think
because the guy commented before
T: Oh, then nope
Haven’t checked it
me: no worries
T: Is it important?
me: nah
just someone ‘complaining’ that it’s been a year since the last soramani release
T: ME???
HAHAHA, I’ve been complaining a LOT about that
me: ah ha
so now you go under a different name
T: I have thousands of names
I’m kidding, I didn’t write that one
me: heh
T: But I have complained to you about the lack of SoraMani
me: …
and what can i do about that…?
T: Hey, don’t ellipsis me
me: ._.
T: You’re the official translator T____T
me: are we lacking script?
T: I know I’ve been lacking on the AT department, but I’ve been even lacking in the anime department… Haven’t watched anime for 5 months now
Yeah, the script is half done
me: is it also half edited?
T: Nope, why would I start editing with a half done script?
Hey, I see what you’re doing here
Trying to hold me responsable for half the situation
me: LOL
me: i should blog this

HELP?

And another supermoon passes us by

Supermoon

The Supermoon as seen from Colombia. Thanks to @HIADA in Twitter for the picture.

Nature always makes itself a way to amaze us. Its power is tremendous, as seen by our brothers in Japan. But its beauty is stunning too.

From the smallest particle, to the huge stars in the sky towards the ends of our universe, nature always makes place for a nice sight.

But we don’t need to go so far, or to have special equipment to enjoy it! Today, we have what scientists consider a supermoon.

In a nutshell, a supermoon occurs when the Moon is as near as it can to our Earth. Thus, the Moon appears a bit larger, and you can see the features with remarkable detail. It occurs 4 to 6 times a year, but this time is special. The moon is in its full phase, thus you can discern everything with your naked eyes.

So, go outside, have a look, and if you couldn’t do it today, the moon will look almost the same tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow. Take a glance and enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of this particular chance. See if you can spot the features Sou-nii mentioned in chapter 17: “Precipitating above the Sea of Moisture, crossing the Bullialdus craters towards the Sea of Islands. Spanning across Copernicus, circling around the Sea of Showers towards the Bay of Rainbows”, which if I try to think about, could be a supermoon for them. And even if there’s not a supermoon, our Moon is beautiful always!

By the way, the next full supermoon is in 2034, so don’t miss it now! Keep watching the sky!

A special message from Tamashii: Friends and people of Japan! You’re in our heart and our mind always. Keep working and keep on going! Fight Great Japan! ファイト!大日本!

P.S. Pingbacks and trackbacks have been re-enabled. Now we are using a nice CAPTCHA library. Hope this one works better than the past.

A reminder?

Hi everyone,

We never expected real life to be so hurtful and complicated.
Me, personally, am finishing and tiding my grad paper, together with supplemental classes and other stuff. I’m kind of guilty for some of the delays in some of our releases, mainly Aoiro Toshokan and SoraMani.
Our boss is working really hard and has become very busy lately.
Nevertheless, I’m trying to resume work slowly, but surely. So, expect some news soon for those two projects I mentioned.
About the other ones, we could use some lending hands. To be honest, we could use help for every single project right now: Check our recruiting page to find out how to help.

And another moon passes us by

Still no releases, but at least we’re making progress. :D
Thank you asdf, NoComment, foomafoo and GBamber (you know I needed that nagging).
Some of you have written to offer help. You make my day.
Nerevarin and Taeda, if you’re reading this, write me.

We need a patient cleaner for Aoiro Toshokan.

Stargaze, All of you!!

Greetings, greetings, fellow star gazers!

Do you know how hard is to get someone to stargaze, nowadays? We have everything on Earth’s ground, we have our cellphones, TVs, PC, Internet, so, why bother?

A man by a name of Jack Horkheimer always thought that we should look up to skies more, even in this modern age. Since 1976, his small weekly show, “Jack Horkheimer: Star Hustler”, helped several generations of American people find their way through the sky, and even outside of the USA, his legacy was remarkable. Week by week he would talk about the sky passionately, showing and explaining to us, in a really simple way, astronomical events for that specific week, small information about our solar system and the Universe.

I was going to be mean…

Yup. I was. I was planning to extract certain letters from certain bubbles on certain pages of Inu wo Kau chapters and turn them into passwords for downloading Akkun and Miichan. You know, like those P’rince of P’ersia computer games they used to play back in the 90s. (more…)
