We really enjoy giving you our releases, and we always try to give you our best on them, from the scanning and translation to the last quality check.
However, we are always in need for people who can give us a hand so that we can make fast releases and be able to catch up with some of the mangas we are scanlating. That’s why WE NEED YOU!
Currently we are seeking interested parties to apply for the following positions:
- Editors for Oira Houkago Wakadaishou.
- Editors (cleaners/typesetters) for Sora no Manimani.
- Otaku for Sora no Manimani J-Pop culture references.
- Extra translators for Sora no Manimani.

We are really open to everyone who applies, however, be sure to check some of the activities we consider important on each position:
As an editor, you might have to:
- handle, clean up, level and resize raw scan images, and/or
- understand common manga lingo and concepts (text flow, balloon order…), and/or
- fix scan problems and small details on raws and erase some SFXs, and/or
- typeset text blocks, speech and thought balloons and follow common font rules.
- advanced Photoshop abilities and techniques are a plus.
As an otaku, you might have to:
- be able to understand some important facts about japanese culture, and/or
- research/know about trending topics in the moment the manga was originally released, and/or
- review and check translation sources to find out culture references.
- be able to read and understand japanese is a plus.
As an translator, you might have to:
- be able to understand important facts about japanese culture.
- understand, read and find out the meaning of what the manga-ka meant with each text.
- be able to write and properly follow style rules for translation sources.
- review and check existing translation sources to contrast them with the original raw images.
- good English spelling and grammar, and use of web tools for translation source editing are a plus.
